what we measure

The Sift dashboard can be utilized to track a wide range of key performance metrics including both online and off-line data. While the following list is a sample of tracking modules available, Sift is customizable to meet the unique needs of your business.

Web Traffic

an overall website traffic summary including total visits and page views.

Traffic Sources

traffic volume by media type including: Online Advertising, Off-line Mass Advertising (as tracked via unique URLs), Email Broadcasts, Search Engines (paid and organic search), Referring Third Party Websites.

E-Mail Broadcasts

a breakdown of performance metrics (e.g. total recipients, bounces, opens, click throughs, unsubscribes, etc...) and utilization metrics (clicks per link, results by geographic region, etc...).

Pay Per Click Marketing

results from search engine marketing campaigns (e.g. Google Adwords) including impressions, clicks, click through rates, and cost per click.

Social Media Tracking

social media activity as it relates to client brands, offering frequency and topic of online conversions from blogs, online articles and open social networks.

Contact Centre Volume

contact centre volumes by medium (e.g. phone, email, online), campaign specific call volumes, and key topics of conversation.

Sales or Conversion Data

sales volume (dollars or units), daily and cumulative trends, and market share results.
